Launching Your Boat

The Stonington Small Boat Association (SSBA) welcomes transient racers to launch their boats from its facility for the Wednesday Evening Dinghy Races.

New participants are encouraged to initially attend the Wednesday Evening Dinghy Races as spectators to observe launch logistics.

Boats can not be launched from SSBA with a road trailer as the beach ramp is tight and steep. Transients will need their own dolly to transport their boat from their trailer to the beach launch.
